Chelsea Field

Chelsea Field epitomizes versatility as an actor, dancer, wife, and mother.

Best known for her role as Rita Devereaux on “NCIS: New Orleans,” alongside real-life husband Scott Bakula, she seamlessly blends art with life.

Raised in Glendale, California, Field’s childhood was steeped in athleticism, horseback riding, and dance, which later propelled her into a decade-long career as a dancer in commercials and live shows, including two years as a dancer on “Solid Gold.”

Transitioning into acting, she found success in both film and television. Field’s journey includes roles ranging from ‘Teela’ in MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE to ‘Virginia Slim’ in HARLEY DAVIDSON AND THE MARLBORO MAN and a memorable performance as Bruce Willis’ wife in THE LAST BOY SCOUT. She was also seen in FLIPPER, with Paul Hogan and Elijah Wood and the short film, SLEEPING DOGS LIE, starring opposite Ed Asner.

Her television credits include the James A. Michener’s “Texas” miniseries, the award-winning HBO telefilm “Indictment: The McMartin Trial,” Showtime’s “The Birds II: Land’s End” and the CBS movie-of-the-week “The Bachelor’s Baby.”  She also starred on the short-lived CBS series “Angel Falls” and guest-starred in CBS’ hit drama “Cold Case” and ABC’s “Secrets and Lies.”
